My name is Tomas Vondra and I live in Cabot, Vermont. I moved here from the Czech Republic in 2011 and became a US citizen in 2017. I am a professional architectural engineer with a passion for design and engineering. I designed many structures in Europe, but my education and practice are not recognized here. So, I started in the construction business and added odd bits and pieces to my portfolio along the way.

I have built several houses here in Vermont and become a decent carpenter, plumber, electrician, mechanic, dirt worker, lumber jack, and a better skier. I still love design and engineering, and I like to keep things diverse. I can wear several hats in one afternoon.
