The scope of work goes from new residential buildings to maintenance and repairs. I’ve been a general contractor on several projects.

I’ve built round homes, square homes, playhouses, hoop-houses and greenhouses. I’ve remodeled kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and bedrooms. Weatherizing and energy efficiency upgrades, such as additional insulation and door/window replacements, are very common requests.

I’ve done a fair share of new decks, old decks, sheds, barns, fences and additions. Utilities and foundation repairs, structural repairs, and upgrades. I design and build custom shelving and basic furniture.

Part of my work is handyman projects, such as small carpentry repairs, some plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. Troubleshooting moisture problems, damage assessment and structural issues consults are my favorites.
